Message	is the FICD working? I think there's an ohm test for it in the FSM. What does the AAC % do when the a/c turns on? If it goes up (above ), I may try setting the base idle to around 850-900 rpm. Using Datascan/Nistune, not the dash cluster. It appears to be unsuccessfully trying to raise the idle with the AAC, and I'm wondering how it will react if you give it a larger base amount of air to work with...
